Giraffe HR is based in North East London on the border with Essex. Our favoured approach is based on face to face conversations. Wherever possible Giraffe HR will visit your workplace, meet you and your employees or volunteers and gain a full understanding of your needs before embarking on any work with you.

Online tools also enable us to work effectivley with people all over the UK at no additional cost.

 

Meet the Team


  • Giraffe HR Co-Owner and Director, Matt Perry joined the company in 2023, having spent the last 23 years working in the Voluntary Sector, managing a youth work charity.  Over the past 16 years this was managing people, finances and in leadership and management roles.  Matt brings a unique set of skills to support businesses and organisations.

    Matt has a relational approach to supporting organisations and is gifted at making the complex seem more simple.  He believes that good, straightforward structures help both managers and employees (and volunteers) work better and more efficiently, which makes for a happier workforce.

  • Giraffe HR Owner and Director, Victoria Williamson has over 15 years of experience in human resources including a small city based recruitment firm, a large international retailer, churches and the charity sector.

    Having worked both in the UK and abroad, Victoria has an excellent understanding of the many complexities that can arise at all stages of the employment cycle and along the business growth path.

    Victoria has a simple, straightforward and professional approach, giving both you and your employees the reassurance, advice and support they need whilst allowing you to drive your business forward.
